Help us build your dream community, from the ground up.
Below, you can peruse a complete draft of our Community Blueprints.
They cover topics from Conflict Resolution & Safety to our Access Guidelines, and everything in between. Our goal is to know how we'll handle interpersonal challenges and meet Members' needs, before we open the community up for Membership.
Every word of these Blueprints is open for edits,
whether you think an idea could be conveyed more clearly or whether you have an alternative idea entirely.
We especially want to hear from our comrades whose voices are most often silenced and overshadowed,
so we ask white people, cis people, and more-abled people to participate with humility.
How to Participate
First, peruse the sections of our Blueprints that are of interest to you by either reading OR listening.
Every section has an audio player at the top of the page so you can listen to the Blueprints being read aloud by a human being.
You can also listen to and download all of the audio tracks down below, at the bottom of this page.
Then, to add your feedback, you have three options:
1. Submit the comment form at the bottom of each page of our Community Blueprints.
2. Submit your feedback anonymously through this encrypted form.
3. Email your feedback to feedback@disabilit4t.org. Be sure to specify which part of the Blueprints your feedback pertains to. You can include your name or submit semi-anonymously.
